Processing Times

Our standard processing times for orders are:

  • Standard Orders: 24-48 hours from receipt
  • Same-Day Processing: Orders received before 2:00 PM PST
  • Rush Orders: 2-4 hours (additional fees apply)
  • Bulk Orders (500+ units): 48-72 hours
  • Custom Kitting/Assembly: 72-96 hours

Note: Processing times do not include shipping transit times. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

We partner with major carriers to provide reliable shipping options:

Domestic Carriers

  • UPS: Ground, 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air
  • FedEx: Ground, Express Saver, 2Day, Priority Overnight
  • USPS: Priority Mail, First-Class Mail, Media Mail
  • Regional Carriers: For local California deliveries

International Carriers

  • DHL Express: Worldwide Express, Worldwide Economy
  • FedEx International: Priority, Economy
  • UPS Worldwide: Express, Expedited, Standard
  • USPS International: Priority Mail International

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Destination zip code/country
  • Selected service level
  • Fuel surcharges and accessorial fees

Note: We pass through our negotiated carrier rates with 25-40% discounts off retail prices. No markup is added to shipping costs.

Delivery Timeframes

Domestic Shipping

  • Ground: 1-5 business days
  • 3-Day/Express Saver: 3 business days
  • 2-Day: 2 business days
  • Overnight/Priority: 1 business day

International Shipping

  • Express: 1-3 business days
  • Priority: 2-5 business days
  • Economy: 5-10 business days
  • Standard: 7-21 business days

  • Tracking numbers provided for all shipments

LTL Freight

For palletized shipments, we offer LTL freight services with competitive rates and reliable carriers.

Shipping Restrictions

We Cannot Ship

  • Hazardous materials (unless properly certified)
  • Perishable items requiring refrigeration
  • Live animals or plants
  • Illegal or prohibited items
  • Items exceeding carrier size/weight limits

Address Requirements

  • Complete and accurate shipping addresses required
  • PO Boxes accepted for USPS shipments only
  • Military addresses (APO/FPO) supported
  • Address validation performed before shipping

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Claims must be filed within 7 days of delivery
  • We assist with carrier claim filing process
  • Photo documentation required for damage claims
  • Replacement shipments sent while claims are processed
  • Full cooperation with carrier investigations

International Shipping

Customs and Duties

  • We prepare all required customs documentation
  • Accurate product descriptions and values provided
  • Recipients responsible for duties and taxes
  • DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) available on request

Documentation Provided

  • Commercial invoices
